PREPARATION OF A SALES CONTRACT
When our offer is accepted, a preliminary contract is concluded and we assume the costs of the notarial purchase contract. Our solid equity base ensures that the transaction is completed quickly and smoothly for the seller.

Rural or urban location. Undeveloped, with existing buildings or with project planning (availability of official building permit).
Fincas
Fincas in need of moderate to heavy renovation, ideally with a swimming pool. Economically interesting for comprehensive upgrading in harmony with nature and the surrounding area. Optionally with rental license.
villas
In moderate to poor condition. Ideally with (remote) sea views and/or in an urban location. Optionally with rental license.
