With over 20 years of experience, he has lived through various market cycles and shaped companies at all operational and strategic levels. Peter Chaljawski stands for long-term partnerships as well as sustainable and profitable growth.

Since founding Luminance in 2013, Peter Chaljawski has invested in real estate, private equity and digital companies and can look back on dozens of transactions in both a German and international context. In 2024, Luminance will be expanded into an entrepreneurial family office.

With over a decade of experience in various market cycles and a clear focus on sustainable, profitable growth, he has completed numerous transactions.

Transaction Manager Balearic Islands

Renate worked for many years in strategic project purchasing at a renowned financial services provider for private construction financing. She became self-employed in 2017. Over 25 years of deep ties to Ibiza were decisive for her further training as a real estate agent. Thanks to her network and her expertise regarding the island's typical characteristics, she is now a sought-after expert for the real estate market on the Balearic Islands.

Christoph Acimović

Executive Assistant

Christoph began his professional career over 20 years ago as a banker and today looks back on extensive experience in supporting financial statements, as well as internal and external reporting. In 2020, Christoph took on the role of Executive Assistant from Peter and supports strategic and operational processes and contributes to decision-making. His ability to familiarise himself with complex structures makes him a valuable team member of the family office.
